OUR TERMS
- A booking fee/bond of £100 secures a booking.This is none refundable if holiday is cancelled by the lead guest. The only time this will be refunded is if the caravan is left the way you found it and no damage as occurred.
- I agree to provide TV Fridge, cooker, kettle , Toaster, Microwave, pots, pans , glasses, cutlery.we can not be held responsible for an y damage or loss caused by use of any of the above items.We can not be held responsible should one of theses items not working or breaking down but we will do our best to repair/ replace the item as soon as possible. We can not give any refund if the item has or develops a fault.
- Duvets and pillows will be provided , if any of the bedding is marked or damage through miss use or not used at all resulting in duvet or pillows getting marked a percentage of your bond will be deducted to replace these items.
- I will need to names and ages of each person in the party, the lead name is responsible for the entire party, the accommodation may ONLY be used by the persons named on the booking form, the entire party will be evicted if any persons are found to be staying in the caravan who are not named on the booking form. Any amendments to the names on the booking form will be charged at £10 per name change, and £15 to add additional persons on.The caravan sleep up to 6 people, 1 double room and 2 twin rooms.
- No single sex party’s or party's of under 25 years old unless a family. This is Flamingo Lands rules and we have to abide by these.
- On arrival at flamingo land you will need to purchase the unlimited wristbands from the booking office, they will be expecting you, you will need your surname and caravan number, the wristbands are compulsory, no wristband, no entry.
- Please treat the property, facilities and caravan with respect and care so that other guests can continue to enjoy them. The caravan will be inspected on your departure and you will be charged for any damage or losses found.
- We reserve the right to terminate a holiday without compensation where anti-social behaviour of persons on the booking form or their guests might impair the enjoyment, comfort or health of other guests.
- All caravans are STRICTLY NO SMOKING AND NO PETS within the caravan.
- The code for the key safe will be sent to you after final payment of balance.
- Check in is 2pm check out on the day of departure is 10am. Once you take the keys out the key safe you are responsible for them, if you lose them you will lose your bond as the locks will need to be changed.
- The balance will be due 6 weeks prior to your stay, your holiday will be cancelled if you cancel within 6 weeks of travel, your full holiday cost will be lost. I suggest that you have some travel insurance to cover yourself if you were to cancel. If I cancel your stay for any reason I will refund you in full.
- We as owners can accept NO liability for any loss or damage to cars, personal items or personal injury occurring during your stay.
- If you have any questions regarding these terms and conditions let me know within 48 hours of booking, if I don't hear from you then I will understand you are agree to them.
